- Master's degree or higher in TESOL, English/American literature, communication, or other related field; Preferably with a Ph.D. degree.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Evidence of ability to maintain positive and professional interpersonal relationships with students, faculty and staff members, and administration.
- Evidence of ability to work as a team member with a genuine spirit of cooperation and flexibility. Willing to help enhance an English learning environment and participate in English-related activities.
