Flora  Yang

      My name is Flora Yang. I live in Taipei of Taiwan. There are four people in my family.  They are my parents, my younger sister, and I.  I am an English major in Fu Jen Catholic University. I study in the English Department because I like to study literature, and English can help me develop my ability to communicate with people of many countries.

      My hobbies are: listening to music, singing, reading, going to movies, and so on.  I like to listen to music and sing because I have learned to play the piano since I was a child.  By playing the piano, I find the beauty of music.  My favorite two kinds of music are popular music and classical music.  I think both of them are wonderful.  In addition, I like to read very much, novels in particular.  My favorite novel is a series of Harry Potter because  the plot of Harry Potter appeals me most.  No matter how many pages it has, I can read them all in three or four days.  Of course, I also go to see Harry Potter movies.  I like to see movies because I can see an interesting or exciting story by only spending about two hours.  Besides, I can not only practice my listening ability in English but also gain a lot of knowledge or inspiration from movies.

      My dream is traveling around the world.  I do hope someday I can have enough time and money to make the dream come true.
