Shift in Person: s/p 
EXPLANATION: 

Pronouns should not shift their point of view unnecessarily. That is, when writing a composition, be consistent in your use of first-, second, or third-person pronouns. For example, if you start the composition in the first person I, don't jump suddenly to the second person you. Look at the examples in the table:
