Welcome back to the Grammar & Writing Practice course! After one semester, I hope that you are with the confidence on the process to become an independent English writer. I believe that you are ready to the new semester now.
Again, I would like to remind you that the attendance, class participation, learning attitude, and assignments submitting on time are very important for your grade and progress in language learning. If you are absent, you are responsible for the material that we cover in the class. If you miss the class for more than three times (with excuses or non-excuses), you might not pass the course. In addition, you are expected to be a frequent visitor on our webclass and to complete assigned writings on your own; that is, ˇ§no late paper!ˇ¨ and ˇ§no plagiarizing!ˇ¨ Besides, please make necessary preparation for the class; failure to do so will positively affect your final grade. By the way, please turn off all the electronic machines during the meetings of the course; any noises from those will interrupt the class procedure and this is impolite to your class
Remember this ˇV NO PAINS, NO GAINS! I hope you can try your best to follow the course and enjoying your learning. May you have a happy new semester and happy spring!
