本系為辦理各項碩士班業務，特設置碩士班事務委員會，以下簡稱本會。 Purpose |
| 第二條： |
本會以系主任為主任委員及召集人，並由系務會議委員投票選出二名專任教師為當然委員，任期一年，連選得連任。主任委員得視需要邀請相關人員列席。 Composition and Terms of the Committee |
| 第三條： |
本會之職掌如下： 一、 處理本系各項碩士班事務。 二、 研議本系各項碩士班事務企劃及改進案。 三、 其他有關碩士班事務規劃、修訂、研究等事項。 Job description: 1. To handle issues related to MA Program. 2. To create projects and reformations related to MA Program. 3. To plan, revise, study other issues related to MA Program. |
| 第四條： |
本會每學期至少召開一次，必要時得召開臨時會。 It will be convened at least once each semester; extraordinary meeting will be convened when necessary. |
| 第五條： |
本會審議通過之相關議案，提交系務會議核備實施。 Motion(s) proposed by this Committee will be implemented after approval by the Department Faculty Meeting. |
| 第六條： |
本會設置辦法經系務會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。 These Rules will be implemented after approval by the Department Faculty Meeting. Amendments shall be approved in the same fashion. |
