The Mystery of Lottery

Summary

“Have you bought the lottery?” Recently, that phrase has become a new, unique greeting among the Taiwanese people. Since the computerized lottery issued on January 16th 2002, the spell has swept over the whole island wide. Why do people get so addicted to the lottery? Today, the FJUN is going to present a special feature news program upon the rising lotto craze.  Different views toward the lottery will be revealed from interviews with the betting station owner, lottery buyers, owner of the “spiritual table”, and fortunate-teller.  What is more, you will be led to the live broadcast of the lottery drawing and join the discussion about the lottery with three well-known guest speakers: the Taipei Bank manager, a sociologist and a psychologist.
