Cautions about hotspring
 
 @  You can't have the hotspring right after an intensing sport or when you're  exausted.       You have to take a rest and wait for your physical stength recover then you can go to the hotspring.

@   Take the hotspring after a nap or after the meal for a while because an empty stomach will lead to fatigue.

@    Do not drink too much or eat too much before you take the hotsping.

@   If you're doing some hotspring treatments.   For the first week, do not go to the hotspring over two times and everytime has to be in 10 min a day.     After keeping the same treatment for two weeks you should stop for one week and then continue the treatment.  In this way, your curative effect
would  be  better! ^__^

@   The best temparature for hotspring is 38~40 degrees.  Don't stay too long if the temparature is over  40 degrees.

@   People who have heart attack or high pressure have to take the hotspring gradually so that the blood vessels could have enough time to get used to the hotspring.

@   If your skin is sensitive, you had better rinse your body by water after you take the hotspring because there're many special elements in it.

@   If you don't feel good when you're taking the hotspring you should get up right away.
 
@   If you've never been to the hotspring before then you should only take the hotspring once a day.       Besides, don't forget to take a rest and eat some nutritious food after your take the hotspring~ :)
