Content 
1. Does the topic interest you and web visitors in general? Does it help us get informed about the current issues or issues concerning potential visitors? 
2. Is there a well-organized links-outline on the top of the homepage to help visitors link to the same page or other web sites? 
3. Is there a brief introduction to the topic(s)? Is the English proofread? 
4. Are the leading questions/topics for discussions stimulating, is there any vocabulary provided to help possible visitors practice talking about the topic(s)? 
5. Is there a helpful vocabulary databank and practice area for the visitors to use? 
About the layout  
1. Does the layout help catch the visitors eyes and help highlight the issue? 
2. Is the layout design consistent and appealing for the visitors to read? 
3. Are the sources of borrowed images, logos, word fonts, links, and other designs cited? Are they relevant to the topics?
