一、會議宗旨:
本次學術研討會議以英語教學、語言、文學等相關研究為研討主題，邀請全國各地相關專家、學者與研究生共聚ㄧ堂，提供英語文教學之觀點，分享教學研究之心得與經驗，並藉此學術交流，提升我國英語教師之教學及研究知能，並開拓此領域的未來研究方向。

二、會議地點: 臺南大學文薈樓一樓J106室

三、與會對象: 國內外相關研究領域之學者專家及大專院校師生。

四、論文審查: 本研討會採取論文發表方式進行，論文發表具匿名審稿制度，論文摘要經初審過後，將再個別通知投稿者。

五、發表形式: 會議發表時間:論文20分鐘、答詢10分鐘。

六、大會使用語言: 國語與英語

七、摘要格式: 論文之摘要字數限300字，請以電腦打字並以Words建檔，字元12號，行距1.5倍。以電子郵件方式連同報名表寄至singling@mail.nutn.edu.tw，主旨請註「2008英語文教學研討會論文投稿」。

八、論文格式:
請依據論文性質以APA(教育或學術類)第5版格式書寫。
紙張: 以A4用紙，上下2.54，左右3.17留白
字型: Times New Roman 或標楷體
字體: 標題用14粗體字，內文用12號字
行高: 單行間距

九、研討會論文投稿須知：
(一)論文集之出版：本研討會所出版之論文集，擬申請國際標準書號(International Standard Book Number, ISBN)並以論文集(或光碟)載全文出刊。
(二)論文審查方式，研討會論文審查方式，採匿名制度，由計畫執行小組，送請相關專家學者審查來稿。
(三)投稿方式：
1.摘要：一律採「線上投稿」，來稿請以e-mail方式投寄singling@mail.nutn.edu.tw。
2.全文投稿：一律採郵寄紙本與磁片。
3.論文本文內容(包含圖表、表格及參考資料)請勿超過15頁。

注意事項:
審查『論文摘要』或『論文全文』不論接受與否，一律不予退回。

Rationale

The conference intends to offer instructors of English in Taiwan and their graduate students specializing in English Studies the opportunity to exchange their experience and research results.

This conference intends to promote of English Studies in Taiwan as it can encourage more research on innovative English-teaching methodology to be done and shared. All instructors of English as well as their graduate students, who are interested in the research related to advancement of English teaching, are heartily invited to attend this conference.

Papers being selected for presentations will be published in the proceedings of the conference, in paper/electronic (CD) format.

Reviewing of Papers

The conference committee will appoint distinguished English teaching experts to review the submitted research papers anonymously.

Submission of Abstracts

Abstracts should not be longer than 300 words, typed on one A4 page; 3-5 key words or terms should be included.

Please, email your abstract as a Word file attachment, together with your application form to
(singling@mail.nutn.edu.tw).

Front: Heading –
Title: Times & New Roman 16 points (bold)
Organization and Name: Times & New Roman 14 points
Text – Times & New Roman 12 points
Margin: Top and bottom – 2.54 cm.
Left and right – 3.17 cm.
Spacing: Single spaced
Paragraph: Fully justified

Other regulations:

– No submitted abstract or full-text copies submitted will be returned. Do make sure you have saved and kept a copy of your paper.

– Research papers should observe the intellectual property rights, in view of the use of reference materials, especially of the citation and referencing conventions.

Presentation time:
i. Paper presentation: 20 minutes
ii. Discussion: 10 minutes
